“Faster updates” must mean app syncing repos, not the release speed.

Release speed, IME, is dominated by the volunteer’s ability to approve changes. Will improving the repo format speed up the approval process?

To be fair, if syncing the repo takes 3 minutes, it means it’ll take more time before the update start installing, and finish installing.
