A foot in the door, hopefully that inspires some more! Popularity is exponential, and this wave is a perfect opportunity for (especially USA) chains to push for unionization. Remember: Starbucks a year ago had 0, today they have 169 store which have won union elections with 105 remaining which have officially filed to unionize. Hopefully fast food chains see a similar trend take hold.
