Context was all in the first link, really. A Georgian bar decided it has the right to demand that Russians humiliate themselves before entering for some reason.
Forget it, they marked the place as โpermanently closedโ on Goggle Maps, so noone can leave reviews now and had a meltdown with deleting most reviews of Tripadvisor.
