Google did this because they know this won’t make a difference; actually Google will only increase profits (Google basic business model is ads!!!)
If Google stops paying Mozila for default search engine, Firefox will lose most of its revenue.
Lol, it’s beyond sad that the only way for Firefox to gain traction is that its main opponent may become “worse” of what it is, instead of Firefox improving itself. That said… Spoiler: won’t happen. Nobody will care. People will either stay on Chrome or use one of the alternatives with built-in adblocker. At Mozilla they are so obtuse that they will do anything to leak even more users.
