There’s a lot to like here

I hope efforts like this become increasingly common-place

Both the USSR and the UK had their own modular panel systems for prefab apartments and high rise tower blocks of almost any size, with the tallest being over 30 floors. Those systems were used extensively for new housing in the 70s and 80s, which is why a lot of apartments of that era in those places looked the same.

I know the systems themselves are pretty much obsolete now (because they went out of style and the council housing program had a lot of management issues in the UK, and the USSR sadly collapsed), but I wish they were made open source so they could be improved upon and possibly updated to modern building standards. Especially with the rise of CLT as a more sustainable building material, prefab panel high rises seem to be making a comeback, this time made of wood instead of concrete.
